Everything so far has been on this site. This one step happens on your own computer: a paste and a download into Claude Code. Nothing here can see your disk, so the last word on whether it worked is yours — and the check below tells you exactly how to get it. Do this once per engagement, in that engagement’s own folder.
Both of the steps below need Claude Code in the Claude desktop app, on your own machine. We cannot see your disk, so nothing here can check it for you.
All 124 prompts as files your own Claude Code can run, plus an index your partner reads to choose between them. Keep one copy in a folder of your choosing — every engagement shares it. Do this first: the paste below asks for that folder's path and records it, and it asks in Claude Code rather than here. Download it once and keep it: there is no sync, so take it again when the version moves.
One file per tool, all 124, each carrying the method and a slot for your business context. An index your partner reads to pick between them, and a README naming the version. Every file states the version it came from, so a mismatch is visible rather than silent.
Current version 2026-09-02.1+482c6b4dc737. Every file in it says so, and so does your partner when asked.
One paste into Claude Code. It asks which folder this engagement lives in and where you keep the prompt library, then writes one .claude/agents/ file per consultant, creates your /whitmore skill with the library path recorded in it, loads your business context and sets the evidence standard every consultant is held to. Until this has run, /whitmore does not exist on your machine.
Nothing has been asked of your machine yet, so there is nothing to check. Standing the team up and the prompt library are both part of a plan; all 124 tools are free to read either way.
Your team, your business context and the method are all in place. Building the playbook is where you choose which of the tools this engagement actually runs, and in what order.
