The agreement
By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. strategyplaybook.ai is operated by Sqwyz Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
What a subscription buys
Access, while it is active, to the tool prompts, the team setup prompt, the consultants’ system prompts, the prompt library and the printable canvases, for the number of businesses your plan allows. It is a licence to use these for your own business or your own clients’ work. It is not permission to resell them, republish them, or redistribute the library as a product of your own. See the plans for what each one includes.
What you produce is yours
The strategy work you do with these prompts belongs to you. It is produced in your own Claude Code project, on your own machine, and we neither receive nor store it. We claim no licence over it.
What this is not
This product provides prompts and a method. The output is generated by an AI model in your own account, and it is not professional advice — not legal, financial, investment or accounting advice, and not a substitute for a qualified adviser. Judgement about your own business remains yours. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of it.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling — write to scott@sqwyz.co.uk and we will put it right.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to redistribute the prompts or to attack the service. We will tell you why.
Changes
We may change these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects what you have paid for, we will tell account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that is acceptance of the change.
