Your data
What we hold, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 1 September 2026.
Who we are
strategyplaybook.ai is operated by Sqwyz Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information described here. For anything on this page, write to scott@sqwyz.co.uk.
What we hold
- Your account. Email address and password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
- What you type into the product. Your business context, your brief, your engagements, the team you source and the playbook you build. This is the substance of the product and it is yours.
- Billing. Your subscription tier and status, and an identifier linking you to our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Use of the paid features. Which tool prompts you have opened in the current month, so the free allowance can be counted, and a record that a download link was issued.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of providers, each handling only what its job needs:
- Supabase — the database and sign-in. Everything you enter is stored here.
- Vercel — hosting. Every request to this site passes through it.
- Stripe — payments and the billing portal. Stripe handles card details directly; we receive only the outcome.
- Anthropic — the AI features. When you ask the tool finder a question, or have an playbook built, the text you supplied and the relevant business context are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer.
- Voyage AI — search. Your finder question is converted into a numerical form there so the tool library can be searched by meaning rather than by keyword.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics
Product analytics are currently switched off. If we turn them on, this page and the cookie policy will say so before it happens, and what is collected will be named here.
What you can ask for
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how it is handled. You can delete your account from within the product, which removes your businesses, engagements and teams. Ask us anything at scott@sqwyz.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep billing records. Delete your account and the content you entered goes with it.
This policy names every provider that receives what you enter. If you need our company number, registered office or a data processing agreement for your own records, ask and we will send them.
